Dico Ced, my one of a kind cousin. He was one of the people I cherish very much and would always be grateful for him.  I always looked forward for you to come home here in the Philippines and spend time with you and everyone. I would sometimes bother you in the morning and you would ask me why I am awake at this time. You were one of my many big brothers and we will definitely miss you. 

There are still a lot of words I wish to say, but I hope you are now at peace and resting well. 



Oh dear Cedric - I remember you walking into my office for an interview and I knew you would be an extraordinary addition to our team. You cared deeply for everyone you served. You beamed when your niece was born showing me pictures like a proud parent. And who could forget the amazing food you made? It was such a joy watching you grow and lead. Your kindness, compassion and sense of humor will live on with each of us. My deepest  condolences to your family as they all deal with such a loss.

Cedric was special to so many of us. He will be missed by many. 

We will surely miss you our dear Cedric, but we are comforted knowing that you are now with our Creator.

Cedric was one of a kind and we will never forget his smile.

I only met Cedric once but he was very kind and funny. We joked over IT issues at work and he made me laugh about some websites he should "block". I wish I had more opportunities to speak with him. 

I'm shocked and saddened by this devastating news.  Cedric was my co-worker, but he was also a cherished friend.  Cedric was so helpful and patient every time I needed assistance at work with computer issues.  He was also an excellent cook.  I remember one time that he prepared for me the best macaroni salad.  I'm going to miss him.

I was heartsick to receive word of Cedric's passing.  I still recall when I first crossed paths with Cedric upon joining the GIM Team.  His patience, big smile, gentle nature and his expertise with our WESA program was always appreciated.  Cedric touched many lives in his short time here and will be remembered always.  Prayers for his Uncle Fred and all his loved ones who are surely lost at this moment.  

Tito Boy's fond memory was during the family gathering when Tito Boy said he wants a watch. Ced without a second thought removed the expensive watch he was wearing and gave it to Tito Boy. Tito Boy was so happy that time not because of the watch but because he saw how Cedric valued him as uncle. Thank you for making your tito happy. We will always remember you with fond memories. I am sure you are now with Nanay Ching. We love you.
