Charlene L. Chison

Charlene L. Chison, 76, of Sarasota FL, formerly of Elk Grove Village, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 4, 2015.

In her earlier years Charlene worked as a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan officer. Following her retirement she continued to use her knowledge in this area working tirelessly assisting many friends and family in need. Charlene was held in the highest regard by all who knew her for her unrelenting acts of compassion, kindness and generosity. She was everyone's angel, a beautiful soul. It is her family's hope that all who were blessed to know her will continue to pay forward that same compassion and joyful spirit of giving that she maintained throughout her life.

She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Frank Chison; her children, Vincent DiPiero, Michael DiPiero, Kathleen Pecora, Shari (Mike) Losik and Kerri (Tom) Cavanaugh; her brother, Robert (Daly) Curatti; Grandchildren, Brittany (Wes), Michael (Amanda), Stephanie (Jason), Michael L.(Andrea), Brian and Kyle; Great grandchildren; David, Adriana, Dominic, Landon and Nathan; Nieces and Nephews, Steve, Scott, Michelle and Melissa.

A visitation will be held on Saturday March 14th, 2015 at 12 noon followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 1 PM at the Palms-Robarts Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Sarasota FL. An additional Celebration of Life will be held in the Chicago Area at a later date.

In lieu of Flowers, Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
