Charles is survived by his wife Betty, Daughters Teresa Hawkins (James) of Loganville, Ga; Pamela Vail(Brian) of Orlando, Fl.; Son Stephen Rabjohns(Brittany) of Sarasota, Florida. 4 grand children and 2 great grand children.
Visitation will be at 1pm Saturday November 8th at the Robert Toale & Sons Funeral Home with his Celebration of Life at 2pm 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232
