She was born at Homestead Air Force Base in Homestead, FL. Cynthia worked for Sarasota County Government and was a member of Myakka Family Worship Center.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glenn David Riggs.
Cynthia is survived by her children, Glenn Dylan Riggs and Tiffany Nicole Riggs; parents, Dallas & Marilyn Seymour; mother-in-law, Jewell Riggs; sister, Malinda Williams; brother, Dallas Seymour; brother-in-law, Donald Riggs; and nieces and nephews, Brett & Blake Williams, Cearra, Caitlyn & Brendon Seymour and Olivia, Danielle, Tessa & Nicholas Riggs.
Visitation will be Thurs, Nov 1 from 6pm to 8pm at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home, Sarasota. Funeral Service will be Fri, Nov 2 at 11am at Myakka Family Worship Center.
Memorial Contributions may be made in Cynthia’s name to Myakka Family Worship Center Youth Group.
