He is survived by his loving wife, Joan, his sons, Roy Komishane (Pilar Komishane) and Scott Thomas; grandchildren, Cole Thomas, Brooke Thomas and Alana Komishane.
Don owned Komishane’s Pharmacy in Newark, NJ before moving to Sarasota in 1982. He then managed many pharmacies in Sarasota and Bradenton.
Memorial donations may be made to Parkinson Place or TideWell Hospice.
