Mr. Elliott was born on May 17, 1940 in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a proud United States Navy veteran, Mr. Elliott was a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He devoted 42 years to practicing medicine as a general practitioner, providing care and service to his patients throughout his career.
Mr. Elliott was an avid reader who found great pleasure in playing the organ and listening to classical music. He also cherished his time on the water, where he found enjoyment and peace.
Mr. Elliott is survived by his loving family, who will cherish his memory.
