Evelyn J. Hammond, 87, of Sarasota, FL died May 3, 2011.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home with funeral services at 5:00pm at the funeral home.
Survivors include three sons, John (Jeanine) of Sarasota, James of Bradenton and Robert of Sarasota and granddaughter, Jame of Sarasota.
Evelyn was a secretary at First United Methodist Church of Sarasota and Sarasota County Agricultural Extension. She was owner of Spring Crest Draperies. She was an avid lover of ballroom and square dancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
