He was born in Somerville, Massachusetts on December 19, 1943. Frank graduated from Everett High School. He married Linda Jones on December 31, 1988.
Frank worked in the retail department for Cott Beverages. He retired from Scott Paint where he was a sales manager.
He was a member of Masonic Lodge in Everett, Massachusetts. Frank had a passion for karaoke, equestrian, photography, and he was a nature lover.
Frank is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Marie O’Neal, and grandson Nicholas.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Linda D. O’Neal; his children, Christine Giacobbe and Brian O’Neal; stepdaughter, Debra Solomons; grandchildren, Victor, Samantha, Austin, Tayla, and Christian; brothers Michael Lynch and James O’Neal; sister Ruth Brown; and extended family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
