He was the youngest of three children and was predeceased by his parents, Mary A. and Carl R. Beans, and siblings Richard C. Beans and Alice M. Martinez-Riera.
He is survived by his son, C. Ray Beans, his sister-in-law Frances A. Beans and many nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved dearly.
A Funeral mass and interment service will be held at Epiphany Cathedral Church in Venice FL, where he was a parishioner for over 65 years, on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 1:00pm.
