

Originally from Cuba, Jose sent his young wife and their 4 children they then had to America in search of their American dream. After serving his time in the Cuban military he joined his wife in New Jersey and they began their circus life with Ringling Brothers in the 70s.
Knowing that his dream was much bigger, Jose brought his family to Myakka City Florida in 1983 and formed the greatest family circus in America today, Circus Pages. His love of family helped the circus to thrive for over 25 years, bringing up 4 generations of performing Pages.
Jose is survived by his beloved wife Sabina Pages, loving children Dolores (Luis) Posso, Jose Pages Jr, Jorge (Freida) Pages, Felix (Natalia) Pages, Rosa Torres, William Pages and Yolanda Pages; cherished grandchildren Lazarus, Luis Jr, Rosalba; Jose Angel, Yesenia; Vicenta, Colleen, Jorge W; Jordan, Savannah, Layla; Virginia, Juan, Diego, Alex; Jose Anthony, Mercedes; James, Kayla and 14 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home & Memorial Park in Sarasota on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. Viewing will begin at 10 AM, with the services starting at 11 AM. Burial will be at 12:00 PM with a celebration of Jose's life to follow from 12:30pm - 2:30pm
