I was lucky enough to be Julia’s next door neighbor in Penshurst Park in The Meadows.   She was always warm and welcoming, friendly and would do anything for anyone!  A true lady, I never heard her utter a negative word about anyone.  She was a wonderful person and she will be so missed. My best to all of her friends and family.
