We just found out about Larry's passing and want to express our deepest sympathies.  He has been our CPA for about 15 years and was excellent at what he did and we are very appreciative.  A great mix of firmness and caring. gonna miss him. We pray blessing on you, his family.Though the holidays weren't the same without him, we pray joy, peace and blessings for all of you.

Dear Larry's Family,

I just wanted to say how much of a kind soul Larry was and that he will be dearly missed. I just found out of his passing today and wanted to let you know how deeply saddened I am to hear of this news.

Larry had been a client of mine for many years. I can honestly say that he was one of my favorites. 

My deepest sympathies to his grandson, Beau. I know he loved you with all of his heart and soul. 

May you all find comfort and strength in your memories of him during this difficult time.

Hello Croy Family, 
Just wanted to reach out and tell you all how much Larry meant to me. 
First, got to know Larry as a tax customer of Doug Timm in their office on Datura. They parted ways and I decided to stay with Larry. So, I knew Larry for about 12 years. He was my CPA but a friend too. Just so warm and welcoming to me. He spoke of his family often and I met his grandson in the office. I probably others too over the years. 
Larry is just one of those good people ya come across in life. I will really miss him. 
I wish all of you the best. I know his family meant so much to him. It’s hard for me to not have Larry here. It must be really hard for you as well. 
I hope you can accept the donation I left at the visitation. It will mean a lot to me if you do. 
It was a little overwhelming for me that evening. I said goodbye to Larry but did not stick around and talk to anyone.

Ann and I are so very shocked,  and saddened to hear of Larry’s passing. He was such an awesome man. He will be missed by all.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Larry’s passing.  He was my very capable campaign treasurer for both my initial run for the Sarasota County Commission in 2008 and my re-election in 2012.  My fondest memories of Larry was exchanging stories about children and grandchildren.  My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

    Shocked, saddened and our thoughts & prayers go out to Larry's family.  Personal friend, accountant, and one of the finest human beings we've come to know & enjoy here in Sarasota over the past twenty plus years.
    Larry's love and dedication to family was very evident as soon as you entered his office. Walls lined with family members at different ages. No matter what the reason for the office visit, there was always the first few minutes of him bragging about the latest achievements of  grandson Beau.  Of course we shared our bragging of our grandkids as well.  He was part of our family.
  We find it hard to believe his very astute and caring attitude will no longer be there for us not only tax time, but anytime during the year that a tax question would arise. 
     Shortly after the fall, Larry returned my call & said he'd be back to me after he finished  rehab. Told him to please take care & follow the doc orders. "you are in my prayers."   
    Little did we know, we'd never speak again.   Please permit a repeat of our opening comment; shocked, saddened, and our thoughts & prayers to Larry's family. He was a dear friend and a trusted accountant--we will miss him. 

I am so deeply sorry to hear about Larry's passing. He was our accountant and advisor and he will be greatly missed. 

To Beau & Family-
We are so sorry for your loss.  We will remember your Grandpa fondly , sitting with us at the SMA Basketball games cheering you on.  He was very proud of you. 


The Tomlinson Family is so saddened by the news of Larry’s passing. He was a great friend from TaeKwonDo, where Beau grew up and trained and also our CPA for many years. He helped my son get his first job while he was in high school. Larry was a passionate, dedicated family man. I will miss our visits and our talks at his office. Our hearts go out to Troy, Beau, Tatum and all his family at this time. Thanks for the memories and friendship Larry, until we see you again, the Tomlinson’s.

I am so sorry for your loss. Larry was such a loving and devoted grandfather. I marveled at his strength and love for his grandson.

He was our CPA for many years. The best CPA and friend we ever had. Always full of advice.  A truly kind hearted man.

Larry was an extended member of our family. He was a dear friend, as well as our accountant. He was there for a lot of life events with my kids, and grandkids. Larry transported and watched Beau do Taekwondo since he started at the age of 7. I marveled at the relationship, he and Beau shared, and hope to follow that example. I already miss him dearly. Prayers for all of the family

With sadness we express our sympathies to you on Larry’s passing.  Larry did the taxes for our family’s business for many many years and my parents, Don and Carol Turner were so appreciative of Larry’s advice and direction. They always looked forward to their visits with Larry in his office, as in later years did I. May God’s love expressed in the words and actions of those surrounding you provide you strength and comfort during this time.

Larry was our accountant since 20 years, he always asked how our kids were- by name, he often told me about his grandchildren and family! He had a quick way to “talk “ and move on- I felt like he cared! 
We are going to miss him! - Professionally and as a person.

I can tell he loved his family very much- our prayers are with you as you grieve!
