Lois Norris (age 89) passed away peacefully December 30, 2019. She was born July 27, 1930 to Paul and Dorothy Reed in Canton, Ohio, She was married May 3, 1962 to Calvin Norris who preceded her in death in 2006. Also proceeding in death is her son James Ferris in 1989. She is survived by her sisters Jean Vorhies, Nita Lenz and Shirley Hansel.
Her children Linda Ferris, Roger (Teresa) Ferris, Judy Wilson, Denise Holloway; 7 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Lois formally lived at Braden River Rehab Center in Bradenton, Florida. Lois always had a deep love of Christ even as far back as a child. Lois was a wonderful woman that was loved, is missed, and will always be cherished. She loved cooking for her large family, avid card and game player. She also loved camping and fishing. A memorial service will be held at Happy Gospel Church (1915 53rd Ave. E, Bradenton, FL 941-756-6942) on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
