She was born on July 31, 1941 in Oak Park, Illinois to the late Charles F. and Marian Plhak.
Survivors include her devoted husband of 54 years, David, with which she was wife, best friend for 59 years, and co-pilot throughout their busy life together. Also their beloved children, Pamela Jean Dewey-Delegal and Scott David Dewey; loving brother, Charles Plhak and his wife, Rose; cherished grandchildren, Shawn David and Jared Lee Delegal, as well as many other loving family members and circle of good friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 13 from 10-11AM with funeral service at 11AM at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Palms-Robarts Memorial Park.
Marian was a wonderful partner to her husband, cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and a faithful friend. She worked hard with her husband, loved reading, family, friends, and traveling. She will be deeply missed.
