Mark Allen Richman

Mark was born on May 4th, 1968, in Norfolk, VA to Judith Mann and Felix Peluso; shortly after adopted by his loving father Barry Richman. After graduating from Kellam High School, Virginia Beach in 1986, Mark served in the United States Air Force. He moved to Florida and went on to study at the University of South Florida (USF) for a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management and later graduated with a Master of Business Administration in 2018.

Among Mark’s many passions and hobbies were brewing craft beers in our garage, making homemade pizzas, playing spades with his best friends once a week, and being a social butterfly everywhere we went. He loved movie nights with the perfect snack, listening to alternative music, and gatherings with family and friends. He also became a successful real estate agent and served a couple of years as the President of the Homebrewers Association of Manatee and Sarasota (HAMS).

Mark was charming, fun, stubborn, intelligent, daring, loyal, loving, ambitious, the life of the party, and so much more. His presence on this earth will be missed forever.

Mark is survived by his loving wife, Edith L. Richman; his daughters Madison Richman (Robert Sulmonte) and Wendy Rojas (Jesse Rojas); and brothers Michael Peluso and Felix Peluso.

Mark is preceded in death by his father Barry Richman, his father Felix Peluso, and his mother Judith Richman.

A memorial service for Mark will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 10:00 AM at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2901 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota, FL 34239.

A gathering will be held at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232 at 11 AM, followed by “Memories to Mark”, where remembrances can be shared by family and friends. Refreshments will be served.
