Mark W. Rzepkowski

Born in Poland, Mark made the courageous decision to leave communist rule behind and immigrated to the United States in 1975 in pursuit of freedom, opportunity, and a better future. Through determination, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic, he built a life that truly embodied the American dream.

A gifted athlete in his early years, he excelled in rugby, where the competitive spirit and discipline that defined his playing career would remain hallmarks of his character throughout his life.

That same drive propelled him to become Chicago’s top-producing real estate agent for many years. His record-setting success led him to build his own real estate company, Realty Stars, which grew to more than 75 employees before he successfully sold the business to Coldwell Banker.

Never content with a single pursuit, he also enjoyed a successful career in radio broadcasting, interviewing prominent athletes, political leaders, and other notable figures. Through his work on the air, he helped raise more than $400,000 for From the Heart/Dar Serca, combining his love of broadcasting with a commitment to giving back and helping children in need.

In 2019, he retired to Sarasota, Florida, where he embraced the life he had worked so hard to create. He found great joy in Florida’s sunshine, meticulously maintaining his home and landscaping, spending time with his loved ones, and pursuing his lifelong passion for exceptional automobiles. Over the years, he owned many rare and remarkable cars, each reflecting his appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and performance.

His legacy is one of courage, perseverance, entrepreneurship, generosity, and authenticity.
