He was my friend, n a teammate on several leagues/teams. I also used to bowl the USBA tournaments with him. But again he was most importantly my friend. I’m much younger than he was, 50+ years younger, but the love of bowling made us great friends. I’m sorry for his death as the world lost a great man!

Condolences to Mrs Garrett, Dee Dee and Rhonda. I have so many memories of Mr Garrett. He was the coolest Dad on the block when I was growing up in Flint, Michigan.  Every time I would visit Dee Dee there was always jazz playing in the house and he would welcome me with a smile. May his soul and spirit be at peace🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Mr. Garrett was a wonderful man. I have many memories of him growing up in Flint, MI. To his  wife, Denise,  Rhonda and the entire family, you have my deepest sympathy.
