Myrna Buck Colicchio
December 5, 1928 – November 2, 2018
Myrna Buck Colicchio of Bradenton, FL and for many years of Littleton, NH, died peacefully on Nov. 2, 2018 at the age of 89. She was born on Dec. 5, 1928 in Harrison, ME to the late Leland S. and Blanche (Haskell) Buck. Myrna had six siblings, two brothers and four sisters. She graduated from Bridgeton Academy in Bridgeton, ME. There she met her first husband, Paul Lynch. They were married in 1947 at the Buck family farm in Harrison, where generations of her family were born and raised. In 1956, she met and married her long term partner and love of her life, Tony Colicchio. They made their home in Littleton, NH. She was preceded in death by Tony in 2003 and by their son, Ralph Colicchio in 2015.
Myrna fully enjoyed the company of friends and family. Their home on Partridge Lake in Littleton was often the scene of social gatherings. She was a meticulous housekeeper who could also host boisterous neighborhood fish fries and barbecues. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her and Tony to open a pizza shop and also an auto repair shop in Littleton. For many years, Myrna was a bookkeeper at Lawson Granite in Barre, VT. Her support of Tony's early race car career at Thunder Road in Barre in the early 1960s is the stuff of family legends as is her hole-in-one at the Bethlehem New Hampshire Country Club. Upon retiring full-time to Florida, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling in their RV, reading, a sunny day at the beach, and taking daily long "exercise walks." Throughout her life, Myrna was a quintessential sister. Her sisters, Madelyn, Miriam, Margaret and Muriel were her sisterhood. She cherished their relationship.
Myrna is survived by her sister, Muriel Cote of Farmville, VA; two daughters, Laine Lucenti of Berlin, VT and Kathan Lynch-Leonetti of Chesapeake City, MD; a grandson, Brock Lucenti of Berlin, VT and great grandson, Damien Lucenti.
In accordance with Myrna's wishes, services are private.
Memorial contributions may be made to TideWell Hospice, Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.

Myrna wore so many different hats in her lifetime; someone Ed and I enjoyed and admired. Beautiful memories of enjoying the lake in summer and winter; always fantastic food at a moments notice. Carport fish fries, lots of laughter and fun!
Partridge Lake has lost another beautiful friend; Tony and Myrna together made our lake a happier place! 🍷😍🎉♥️
Memories are forever; our condolences to her wonderful family.

Well Laine and Kathan, I could fill many pages writing about the beautiful memories Freddy
and I shared with your Mom and Tony. After our husbands passed, we were able to share
memories together and make a few of our own, some funny, some sad.
My deepest sympathies to you and your families. With all my heart , Joan

MYRNA was a super next door neighbor . Always willing to have a cookie and cup of strong coffee. She wanted to be skilled at computer and emails and loved to make personal get well and birthday cards for her family and friends. Larry and I will miss her and her quick wit. We loved her gift of telling it like it is. We now are blessed to enjoy her children, Laine and Kathan and their families as our next door neighbors here in Bradenton ,Florida . Now MYRNA and Tony are riding together on Thunder Road.
Sincerest condolences from Larry , Kate and Tim Nekuza
