The loss of Nancy is a great blow to all who knew her. I am so grateful for the time I had as Nancy’s  friend and colleague.  She was the consummate teacher, mentor and friend. l knew Nancy for years before I had the opportunity to work with her at Riverview High School in Sarasota, FL.  A warm, highly intelligent and principled  woman of great curtesy and talent; spending work time and leisure time with her was always “the best of the best”.  
  My profound sympathy goes out to David and her daughter and  granddaughters.  I will doubly cherish   my Riverview days with Nancy and my Dahlonaga  days with both David snd Nancy. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and  my heart mourns the loss of this wonderful lady.
