Paul was born in Vienna, Austria. He graduated from St. Louis University and MIT with a Master’s degree in Meteorology. He served in Okinawa as a Meteorologist in the Air Force and for 40 years he worked as a Medical Business Manager for Doris’ Rehabilitation Agency.
He was a trophy winning tennis player. He enjoyed biking, ping-pong, music, studying and chanting. He was a founding member, officer and active participant in Temples in Okinawa, Lexington, Massachusetts, Aruba, Cape Cod, West Palm Beach, and Longboat Key,
