I had the great pleasure of meeting Mrs. Wilhelm back in 2012...when I inspected her house for her insurance agent.  As a native of Baltimore, I worshipped Hoyt and was knocked over when I realized that Peggy was his wife.  She was a sweet lady and had to listen to me tell stories about getting Hoyt's autograph at Friendship Airport after an Oriole road game and watching him pitch at Memorial Stadium.  Wonderful memories from my childhood.  I hated to leave that day and told all of my Baltimore relatives about that wonderful experience...

To The Wilhelm Family:
I was sorry to hear of Peggy's passing, she was always good to us, and I am sorry we did not get to spend more time with all of you, but the memories I have of Hoyt and Peggy and all of you were Great. We are keeping you all in our thoughts and Prayers through this time, if there is anything I can do for any of you please let me know. Cooper,Brenda,Kimmit and Rodney

To Patti, Jim, Pam and all family:
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mom.  She was a dear sister-in-law and I loved her from the moment Hoyt brought her home to meet the family.  She became a quick member of the Wilhelm Clan and we all loved her so much.  She will be missed by all of you I am sure and she will be missed by those left in the Wilhelm family.  If there is anything I can do, Patti, please let me know. I believe Peggy is exactly where she wants to be and that is with her loved ones who have gone on before her and with her Precious Savior Jesus Christ, whom she loved dearly.
I love all of you and wish we could see more of each other in future.
