Pennye you always made everything seem so easy, always laughing if "buts" were placed in front of you.....a beautiful friend inside and out...always pushing to the highest limits because that's what made you so unique and special...your amazing enthusiasm to never be defeated and conquer, always following our mutual standards of integrity and hard work...a true professional and a true friend....My admiration for your incredible resiliency and how easy you made it to balance work and family...always finding the time for your daughters...will always be with me.
You are such an immense loss for all of us who crossed your path...I will carry you in my heart for the rest of my life and will continue to admire your amazing energy, glorious light, and love for others. Thank you for all these wonderful years, and all the friendships born from ours. Look forward to seeing you again. My deepest condolences to your wonderful daughters, extended family, and your dear Fritz.

I can never forget you smile and energy when we first met in CR first time in 2006. We met again in 2019 when I can with my wife Shirley to visit our property on Playa Ventana.
I owned the lot next to your house and Pennye on the always kept us on the look with regards to the expropriation of the park. It just show how much you cared about people and your wonderful soul. God bless your soul and your family. Eric and Shirley Bouskila

Pennye left us far too quickly. She will always be with us in our hearts. Her unwavering spirit, loyalty and friendship will always be a part of us. Our memories memories run deep as does our love for her and for her family. I was fortunate to not only work side by side with her for the past years but also to be able to call her a best friend. Jack and I miss her and send our love and deepest condolences to her family and Fritz.

The words cannot express the deepest hurt from losing my dear friend Ms.Pennye. My prayers are going to God to provide comfort and peace to Ms.Pennye’s family, friends and loved ones.
I only had an opportunity to know Ms.Pennye for about ten short years and during that time we became very good friends. Her uplifting energy and endless joy were flowing out of her bringing smiles to people around. She loved her family (her eyes were shining when she spoke about her daughters, Fritz, grandchildren and brother), she cared for her friends and never missed an opportunity to be a blessing to people around her.
I miss you my dear Ms.Pennye and you will always be in my heart!
Sincerely, Lina Rodriguez

My wife Melody and I were so sadden to learn of the passing away of our dear friend Pennye Wheeler.
We had known Pennye for many years since we all have homes in Costa Rica. Pennye had a smile that would literally light up the whole room. She was what I would call a true Southern Belle and someone whom we loved and who we will truly miss. Flamingo, Costa Rica will now be same without her there.
I know that she loved Fritz and you could see that love on both of their faces went they were out together. We never had the pleasure of meeting Pennye's daughters but I know that she loved you dearly and she had to be the best mother in the world!
Melody joins me in sending our deepest sympathy and we pray that God will ease the pain for Fritz and for the family of sweet Pennye.
Sincerely, Steve Golding
