Philip was born on April 20th, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan to parents Arthur and Mildred Reedy. He began playing musical instruments at the age of 10 and played in several bands beginning at age 12 including a college band at the age of 13.
A member of Back to the Word Church in Palmetto, Florida, his clarinet and saxophone abilities could stir the souls of the congregation to their utmost depths. Philip loved his music and was known to play his clarinet for the Salvation Army during the Christmas season in front of Walmart. He also played with the Manatee Community Band for several years. He was a lay minister for the Manatee County Jail for 16 years and had the opportunity to touch the hearts of many young men during his ministry. He worked for Aerospace for many years in several different states. Working along side some of the most renowned engineers; Von Bueller Assoc, Frity Muller and Heinn Meier.
He traveled to Israel to make a documentary "The Search for Jericho from the Crossing Place" in 2000, seeking to find the TRUE Jericho. He never believed that Jericho is where todays map says it is and he was out to prove it.
His mind never rested and he always said “You never know until you try” and he was always trying some new invention or cure.
His mission up until is last breath was getting the True name of the Lord Yeshua out for everyone to know.
A true man of God, Philip will be greatly missed by his family and friends until we meet again upon the return of Yeshua the Messiah.
