I just got the news and was so sorry to hear.  Who is going to have all the answers for us now?  No one will ever have as much information in their head as you did.  Thank you for all the wisdom you shared, your quick wit, your cheesecake and your friendship.  You will be missed by many, including me.  RIP Richard.
