Words can not express our feeling of loss and our sorrow for Rita's Family. Rita invited so many into her heart. Such a warm caring smile, and soft voice. So beautiful. My memories of growing up with Rita and her family are etched in my heart and soul. We miss you every day, Rita.

Especially sad during our recent Passover. The Sedar's at Rita's home were amazing.
Our Love to all of Rita's friends and family, she is greatly missed by many.
With Love,

I'm so very sorry to hear of Rita's passing, Your mom was a treasure, loved dearly and highly respected by all who knew her. Charitable Rita never aged. I'll always remember her as a wise soul, fair-minded, quick to laugh, as well as a loyal friend who remained young in spirit throughout her life.

I just found out today of Rita's passing. She was a gracious lady and I know she will be missed by many. I spent many hours with her when I drove her to various appointments after she lost her husband a few years ago. We shared many good times and laughs during that time and that is how I want to always remember her. My deepest sympathy to her 3 sons and their families, as well as her employees.

Rita was full of warmth and sparkle. She was a caring second mom to many of her children's friends who needed a little extra parenting. She was the hostess of legendary parties thrown at her home on Lido Shores back in the day. I really liked her a lot.

Dear family
I remember you mom very well. Growing up in Lido Shores in the 1970's and running through the streets with my friends, Rita always invited us in for candy and cookies. I remember her fondly as "The Candy Lady."

It is unfortunate that neighbors who give candy to children are not thought of in the same light as your mom is remembered.
