Ronald Dennis Spadoni, Jr., age 64, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026, following a short illness. He was born on August 29, 1961, in St. Louis, Missouri, and later made Florida his home, where he built his life and raised his family.
Ronnie was a proud graduate of Sarasota High School and carried with him the friendships and memories of those years throughout his life. He had a deep appreciation for classic cars and enjoyed everything about them—from their design and craftsmanship to the stories behind them. Whether he was admiring a restored vehicle or talking about engines and styles, it was a passion that brought him joy.
He also enjoyed spending his time on the golf course, out fishing, or relaxing with his favorite games. Ronnie had a love for sports, especially football, and was a devoted fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He enjoyed keeping up with his team and attending games from time to time. In addition, he valued staying active and had a strong interest in fitness, particularly weightlifting, which was an important part of his routine and reflected his discipline and dedication.
A man of strong and enduring faith, Ronnie held a deep belief in Jesus Christ and found comfort, strength, and guidance in the Word of God. His faith was a cornerstone of his life and shaped the way he lived, offering him peace through both good times and challenges.
More than anything, Ronnie loved his family. He cherished his time with them and took great pride in his role as a father. He found meaning in watching his children grow and build their own lives, and his love for his family was constant and unwavering.
He is survived by his daughter, Alaina Spadoni, and his son, Hunter Spadoni, who will continue to carry his memory in their hearts. He is also survived by his father, Ronald Spadoni, Sr.; his mother, Marilyn Desenberg; and his brother, Steven Spadoni, along with extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy McCroskey, and he now rests in peace reunited with her.
Ronnie will be remembered for his strong presence, his deep passions, and the unwavering strength of his faith, all of which left a lasting impression on those who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion to family, and the many memories shared with those who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, his spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
A celebration of Ronnie's life will be held on Friday April 24th. Visitation will be from 10:30AM until the time of service at 11:00AM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232.
