Rudy was born on September 6, 2005 in Sarasota, and was a graduate of Sarasota High School. He was working on his college education online, and also sold sports memorabilia online.
He loved the beach, basketball and had a great group of friends.
Rudy was preceded in death by his mother, Stacey Owens.
He is survived by his father, George Carter; brothers, Joseph Carter and Chase Carter, as well as extended family.
Rudy was loved by all his family and friends, especially his BFF's Claire and Carson.
