Born in Stonington, CT, Stuart spent most of his adult life in Hollywood, FL. He worked and managed Cocktail Lounges in Miami Beach, Hollywood and the Galt Ocean Mile Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale; Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Griswold Hotel in Groton, CT, also the New Jersey Shore, Cape Cod, Lake George, NY, the Catskill Mountains and the Mt. Washington Hotel in New Hampshire.
Mr. Fraser and his wife moved to Sarasota in 1999, where he worked at the Sarasota Dog Track before completely retiring.
Stuart is survived by his beloved wife, Geraldine; loving step-sons, Byron, Ken, Peter and Paul Marzan and cherished brother, John of Ripley, ME.
