Angela Magardino

Born on May 7, 1939, in the Bronx, Angela was raised with strong family values that she carried with her throughout her life.

On September 10, 1961, Angela married the love of her life, Joseph Anthony Magardino. Together they built a life centered around family, tradition, and unwavering devotion, raising four sons and creating a close-knit family that remained the center of her world.

Angela was the heart of her home. She had a natural ability to make everyone feel welcome, and her home was always a place where family gathered, traditions were honored, and memories were made. Her strength, warmth, and steady presence were felt by all who knew her.

She found her greatest joy in her family—her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Whether during holidays, family dinners, or quiet moments together, she valued being surrounded by those she loved most.

Angela is survived by her loving sons, Joseph (Christine), Robert (Christine), Thomas (Julie), and Anthony (Avery); her cherished grandchildren, Joseph Alfred (Kaitlyn), Nicholas (Camille), Stefan, Cameron, Sarina (Patrick) Nigro, Michael, Juliana (Thomas) Iversen, Gina, Matthew, John, Elizabeth, Kristina (John) Catrini, Angela (Ian) Steckel, and Victoria; and her great-grandchildren, Joseph, Maggie, Benjamin Angelo, Andrew, Patrick, John Anthony, and her soon-to-arrive great-granddaughter, Layla Rose. She is also survived by her sisters, Margaret and Millie, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Angela was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph Anthony Magardino; her parents, Salvatore and Magnifica Reina; and her brothers, Thomas and Dominic.

She also leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion to family that will continue through the generations.

Angela will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Hartsdale, with a joint burial at Woodlawn Cemetery to follow. Details will be announced at a later date.
