Alma Sanders, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 96 in Sun City, Arizona on January 4th, 2025. Alma was a devoted wife to her late husband, David, and a loving mother to two sons. She was preceded in death by one son, Ronnie. Alma was the oldest of nine siblings and is survived by two sisters and three brothers who cherish her memory. Alma was a proud grandmother to four, a great-grandmother to six, and a great-great-grandmother to three.
Alma’s kind and generous spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She was a woman of strength, and resilience, and her legacy of love will live on through her children and extended family. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A graveside service for Alma will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
