Barbara Lee Downing is survived by her husband Doug Downing and her four brothers Brad, Scott, Jay and John Buettner along with 11 nieces and nephews. She was affectionately called Barbie by her family and friends as it reflected her sweet and vibrant personality. Barbie never met a stranger and was loved by all that knew her.
Our precious Barbie passed away peacefully at the hospital with her husband by her side. Barbie was called by her lord and savior on October 9, 2025. Barbie was like a bright ray of sunshine in our families. She will be missed so much by her loved ones. Rest in Peace Sweet Angel.
A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
