Beatrice was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 22, 1929 to Rose (Zapior) and August Walter. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Retzke, grandson’s Michael and Mark Mull, and son-in-law Jay Murphy (Sandra). She is survived by her daughters; Elie Rogers of Phoenix, Arizona, Sandra Murphy of Gilbert, Arizona, Bea Olsen (Jim) of Phoenix, Arizona, and son George Mull (Jeanie) of Midland, Texas. She is also survived by her sister Eileen Wallace of Homerville, Ohio and grandchildren; Jonathon Murphy (Jessica), David Murphy, Danielle Martin (Chris), Dan Mull and Michelle Leger; as well as many great-grandchildren; Kyle Murphy, Matthew Murphy, Jenna Murphy, Nixon Martin, Weston Martin, Brent Mull, Ashleigh Mull and Dylan Leger.
Beatrice "Bear" was deeply loved by family and friends and will be truly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 11:00am at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery in the Chapel of Light.
