So sorry for the family’s loss of their patriarch. I worked with Bernie for over five years building Motorola GEG plants in both Scottsdale and Chandler as the on-site construction project manager for Kitchell Contractors. Countless times I would stop by his house in the early evening to drop off paperwork, discuss change orders, issues , etc. Bernie and his wife Sharon were always very accommodating. 
Bernie taught me many valuable lessons about building and maintaining client relationships. And to always keep him and the owner in the loop on issues. Bernie was my mentor and friend.
