She moved to Queen Creek, Arizona in 1953. She married Donald Vernon Berlin on July 11, 1953, in Mesa, Arizona. The pair moved to Phoenix in 1956. You would often find the couple traveling to flea markets and gun shows with each other. Bertha and Donald were married for almost 70 years prior to Donald's passing on July 3, 2023.
Bertha is survived by her daughter Betty Berlin; son Michael Berlin; grandchildren Fierro Priesner, Dakota Priesner, Deanna Berlin, Austin Berlin, Justin Berlin; great grandchildren Roarie and Aurora; and sister Florence Taylor.
Bertha was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Berlin; her son Bobby Don Berlin and daughter Patricia Dawn Priesner and her sister Lavenia Wilburn.
