Bertha graduated from Mesa High School and married the love of her life, Ruben Gutierrez, after graduation. They were married for 53 years before Ruben’s passing. They had three children. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and preparing meals for friends and family. She spent most of her time on her ministry as a Pioneer of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Bertha will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
Bertha is predeceased by her husband, Ruben and her parents. Bertha is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Ramirez and two sons, Ronald (Deb) and Garry, her grandchildren, Heriberto, Aryssa, Ronaldo, Seth and Ezra and had one great-grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her sister Ofelia Bello and brothers, Richard Hermosillo (Pat) and Vince Hermosillo (Mary) and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York Inc. 900 Red Mill Rd, Wallkill, NY 12589. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
