Bonnie moved to Phoenix, Arizona, when she was eight years old and never looked back. She was sharp-tongued, fiercely independent, and never afraid to speak her mind. You always knew where you stood with her—and if you didn’t, she’d tell you.
She is survived by her daughters, Lari (JT) and Addrianne (Juan), who inherited both her stubborn streak and her strength. She also leaves behind five grandchildren—Garth (Jenny), Connor(Krista), Rudy, Bailee, and Selena—and three great-grandchildren—Taitym, Austin, and Kenzie.
Bonnie wasn’t the sweet, soft-spoken grandma type. She was fire and grit, quick with a comeback, and not one to sugarcoat anything. But she showed up when it counted and left a mark on everyone who knew her. Whether you were on her good side or her bad side, you never forgot her.
The family will be gathering privately to remember her the way she’d want: with strong opinions, unfiltered stories, and many laughs.
She was a lot of things and she was unforgettable to those who loved her.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Ascension Hospice who helped them throughout the last few months.
