Daniel Vlk

Daniel Joseph Vlk, of Phoenix Arizona, went to be with The Lord on September 16, 2013. He was born on 10/19/55 in Bedford Ohio to Joseph and Jean Vlk. Dan worked for Cox Communications for 7 years and owned his own communications business for 20 years prior to that. He was a true professional, very dependable and a hard worker. He is survived by his wife, Linda Vlk, children Braden, Breanna and Bryant Vlk, mother Jean Wright, sister Deane Graf and her husband Keith Graf, and brother John Vlk, along with 3 step children Jon, Zach and Emily Hansen and 4 grandchildren Gianna, Alexis, Layla and Dino. .Dan was a wonderfully talented and fun-loving man devoted to his wife and dedicated to his children. His smile was contagious, his love for the Lord, his family and friends was always abundant and clear, and his musical gifts inspirational. He was a genuine, loving, fun and, and a dynamic man who enjoyed playing music, creating artwork with his hands, playing sports and helping others. There will be a memorial service in his honor on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at noon at the Chapel at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 S. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
