Danny Mahoney, 59, of Gilbert, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 12, 2012. Danny is survived by his wife, Susan, his mother, Bea Hale, and his father and step-mother, Leo and Karen. He was preceded in death by his son, Joshua. Danny graduated from Westwood High School in 1971. After high school, Danny worked in the construction industry with Adobe Drywall for over 30 years. In his youth, Danny was very interested in flying for the U.S. Postal Service.
Services for the family will be private. A gathering of family and friends to honor Danny’s life will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 PM at 20 East Oakwood Hills Drive, in Chandler. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley in Danny’s name. www.greenacresmortuary.net
