Longtime Tempe resident David L. Blank, President – Western Operations, Cavco Industries Inc, passed Saturday, November 1st, 2014 at the age of 52. He is survived and dearly missed by his wife Mary, sons Aaron and Ethan, his mother Judith Blank, (the late Gerald Blank), sister Lauren Della Bella, niece Jordan, brother Robert Blank, sister-in-law Paula Blank, nephew Kevin, niece Dana, father-in-law Charles Hubbell, (the late Joan Hubbell), brother-in-law Michael Hubbell, sister-in-law Gwen Hubbell, nephews James and Mathew, brother-in-law Joseph Hubbell, sister-in-law Paula Hubbell, niece Allison, nephew Patrick, sister-in-law Patti Hubbell, brother-in-law Kurt Bruggemeyer, nephews (the late Kyle), Cody and Kevin. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 PM, Thurs. Nov. 6, 2014 at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, followed by a celebration of life at Draw 10 Bar and Grill (5444 E.
