David Charles Brown

David Charles Brown, 63, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away Monday September 4, 2017. He was born in Berwyn, Illinois on October 30, 1953. Dave attended Saguaro High School in Scottsdale and was involved in Student Government, graduating in 1971. After that he attended Arizona State University where he was an active member of ROTC, played intramural sports, and developed his lifelong love of ASU football. It was at ASU where he met his wife of 42 years, Lesley Ann Rice of Pittsburgh, PA. Dave had a long, successful career in the flooring industry and especially enjoyed being able to use his unique talents traveling the country in his role as a Sales Trainer. He is survived by his wife Lesley Brown and two daughters; Kimberley Rose Utter, her husband Ryan Utter and Ashley Kristen Brown, his sister Susan Brown Roth and her husband Alex Roth and his brother Kenton Brown, as well as his dog Captain and four grand dogs.
