

Born in Ohio on the year of 1942 he was the youngest son of Peggy & Raymond White. As a young child both his parents found him to be independent, happy and always with a smile on his face.
At Norwalk High in the state of Ohio, he met the love of his life, Joan Roberta White. The marriage was a true never ending love story that would last 63 years. In 1968, they moved from Ohio to Sunny Phoenix, Arizona.
Over the years, he worked for NCR, owned his own business and finished his last 20 years with Honeywell. Working at Honeywell, he received the prestigious LUND Award and had at one time over 150 people working for him. His early family years of Catholic faith led him to serve as Parish Council President at St Jerome's. With his successful leadership he led the early payoff of the church that stands today. While he was successful in the world of business and leadership roles his true joy was time well spent with Joan by his side and being with family & friends.
As a devoted Father to his 2 sons Douglas Neil White Jr. & Christopher Shawn White he was always making time in his busy schedule to lead, teach and support. After retiring, he found endless joy in spending time with his 3 wonderful grandchildren Marissa, Neil & Evan. He lived a full life bringing joy to others and is survived by his wife Joan White, son Douglas Neil White Jr & wife Wendy White, son Christopher White & wife Marcela White, Grandchildren Marissa, Neil & Evan.
A visitation will be held at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church, 6180 W Utopia Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308, US, on June 4, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, followed by a funeral service at the same location on June 4, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
A committal service will take place at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, US, on June 5, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
