Douglas Dale Young

DOUGLAS DALE YOUNG, 78, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2016 in his home. Doug is survived by his wife Mickey, son Russ (Jen), daughters Julie Good and Debbie Culver, six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, sisters Gayle (Dick) and Patricia (Warren).

As a young man Doug worked beside his father in the family-owned woodworking business before joining the Air Force. This followed a career as a manufacturing engineer designing computers for many years in the Phoenix AZ and Southern CA areas.

Doug's biggest joy was his family. He also loved his country, therefore, followed politics closely. He had an insatiable desire to learn all he could about the ever-changing world of technology. He was a 'recliner spectator' watching football, baseball and golf on TV whenever possible. His quiet times were spent reading and doing crossword puzzles.
