Edith M. Schroeder of Peoria, Arizona went to be with our Lord after a short illness on February 9, 2000 at the age of 92. Edith was born on December 18, 1929 in Henderson, Tennessee to Ed and Eva Harris. She was a graduate of Chester County High School in Chester, Tennessee. Edith was a long time Phoenix resident who retired from Motorola after many years of service.
Edith is survived by her children; son Kenny Lytle and his wife Joan of Phoenix, AZ, and daughter Donna Duran of Peoria, AZ; brother Ed Harris, Jr. of Anthem, AZ; sister in law Helen Harris of Scottsdale, AZ; as well as four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. Edith is preceded in death by her husband Jack Schroeder; her parents, Ed and Eva Harris, brother Lynn Harris, and sister Joyce Rymer.
A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 10:00 am at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. A private, family only service will be held directly afterwards, with Thomas Johnson officiating.
