Erica received a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Liberty University. She dedicated over 20 years of her career to Salt River Schools, where she worked in Grant Administration and helped many students.
In 2006, Erica married Aaron Outcalt in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. She is survived by her mother, Geraldine Jacobs (Scott Jacobs), her father, Robert J. Wieger (Wanda Hopkins), and her beloved daughters, Marley B. Outcalt and Harper E. Outcalt. Erica was predeceased by her husband, Aaron Outcalt.
In her personal life, Erica enjoyed painting and crafts, which brought her great joy and fulfillment.
Erica will be remembered for her dedication to her work and her love for her family.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 10:00am at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. A graveside service will follow at 11:00am at the same location.
