Frank was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, colleague and friend. He enjoyed a distinguished career as a labor attorney, representing numerous public employers across Minnesota, and was respected by clients and colleagues alike for his skill, integrity, and sense of humor.
An avid golfer, sports car enthusiast, and student of political history, Frank also had a deep love and compassion for animals. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and the laughter he brought to those around him.
He is survived by his daughter, Christina (Germain) Teunissen, former wife, Carmen; grandchildren, Callena and Kylan; brother, Denis (Dee), niece, Carolyn; nephews, Mark, Mike, and Tim; and beloved dog, Jake. Preceded in death by his wife, Margaret "Mitzie", and son, Sean.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Humane World for Animals (formerly HSUS).
