Gerald Jerry Edward Fogarty

Gerald Edward Fogarty, 82, passed away in his home on October 15, 2011. Jerry was born on September 15, 1929 in Anderson, Indiana, He attended The University of Notre Dame, served his country in the Army and married the love of his life, Ann Jay Fogarty. Jerry and Ann moved to Arizona in l963 with their three boys and soon added two daughters to their family. Jerry retired from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals after 30 years as a salesman. He was passionate about golf, basketball, poker and especially boating with friends and family. Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Ann; his brother Jim and his wife Josephine. Jerry will be missed deeply by his children, Mike, Pat and his wife Alita, Tim, Teresa and her husband Brian and Mary; his grandchildren, Erin, Sara, Holly, Kristi, Kyle, Ashley, Cooper, Cheyenne, and Lacey, as well as his one great grandaughter, Carley.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 10:00 AM with a rosary at 10:30AM, followed with the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 24827 S. Dobson Rd., Sun Lakes, AZ. In Lieu of flowers the family suggest a donation in Jerry's name to Parkinson's Research.
