Helen Clare Lingscheit

Helen Lingscheit passed away May 15, 2016 in Scottsdale AZ. at the age of 98. She was born in Mitchell S.D. on Easter Sunday March 31, 1918. She married Beryl Lingscheit July 17,1938, and they were married for 66 years before his passing in 2004. She is also predeceased by her oldest son Bob, her parents Frank and Lena Brownie Welch, and her 2 brothers Max and John Welch.Helen is survived by her son Dick, her daughter Patti Rizzo (Vince) , sister-in-law Nell Welch, daughter-in-law Linda Lingscheit Ackerman, grandchildren and step grandchildren: Tamra Foster (John), Kyle Lingscheit (Shelley), Cari Lima (Eric), Kimber Heins, Lonni Hewitt (Jennifer), Tahnee Lingscheit Cattaneo, Anna Morrett (Jeff), Chris Rizzo (Judy), Jeff Griffith, Chris Griffith (Jessica), Brian Ackerman, Tami Bonfiglio and 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was "Nanny" to all of her grandchildren and was a wonderful support system. Fondest memories of Nanny will always be the great hostess she was at the cabin in Whitefish, MT., where all the grandchildren had a wonderful, fun, and loving childhood.

She will be missed.

A celebration of life will be on June 10, 2016 at 3:30 at Green Acres Mortuary, Scottsdale, AZ.
