Born on July 5, 1935, Hank spent most of his life in the Chicago area before moving full time to Scottsdale, Arizona, six years ago. He was a respected real estate attorney who built his own law practice and a successful businessman who owned 36 Arby's restaurants throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.
Hank's greatest joy was his family. He shared 69 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Reva, whom he met while attending Northwestern University. Together they raised three children and built a close-knit family that remained the center of his life.
He was an avid golfer, enjoyed many years at Idlewild Country Club, and remained a loyal Chicago Cubs fan throughout his life.
Hank is survived by his wife, Reva; his children, Jeffrey Green, Richard Green, and Cheryl Green; his grandchildren, Justin, Tracy, Danny, Sarah, Arielle, Leila, Hannah, and Jake; and his great-grandchildren, Parker, Emmie, Izzie, Beckham, Lennie, Quinn, and Joel.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at Green Acres Cemetery in Scottsdale, Arizona. Family and friends are invited to gather at Hank's home for lunch following the service. Shiva dates and times will be announced at the funeral.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley Eckstein Center.
Hank will be remembered for his devotion to family, generosity, wisdom, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.
