Hollie Shereen Sanchez

With deep sorrow and immeasurable love, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Hollie Sanchez, who left this world on July 21st, 2025. Though our hearts are broken, we are comforted knowing she is at peace, surrounded by the beauty, animals, missed family and friends she so dearly loved.

Mom had a soul that radiated strength, compassion, and warmth. She was fierce when she needed to be—always standing up for what was right and for those she loved. Yet she led with kindness, showing tenderness in even the smallest moments. Her love was generous and without limits.

She had a deep, lifelong connection with animals—each one a reflection of her gentle spirit. Horses were her healing ground, dolphins her joy, and dogs her constant companions. Wherever she went, creatures were drawn to her, sensing her open heart and nurturing nature.

She was the kind of person who made you feel seen, safe, and loved. Her laugh could brighten a room, and her strength carried us through life’s storms. She loved fiercely and gave selflessly—always putting her family, friends, and animals before herself.

Hollie was deeply loved, more than words could ever fully capture. She touched countless lives, and her absence leaves a silence that will never quite be filled. But her spirit lives on—in the flutter of wings, the crash of ocean waves and in the hearts of all who had the honor of knowing her.

We will miss her every single day, but we will carry her with us always.

Rest easy, Mom. We love you forever.

Hollie graduated from Coronado Highschool and had a career in Military Defense for General Dynamic.

She is survived by her son Jason Laliberte, daughter Destini Laliberte, stepson Vincent Powers, grandchildren Raylynn Laliberte & Jacob Whitaker, great grandchildren Phoenix Conner, Kensley Conner, Mathew Carender & Branson Carender, step great grandchildren Skyler Powers, Jade Powers & River Powers.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, located at 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, on August 2, 2025, at 11:00 am
