Ikuyo Tokitsu Fernelius, age 75, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
A graveside service for Ikuyo will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
